磨损是材料三种主要失效形式之一,通过先进陶瓷材料的特性可改善材料摩擦副的滑动或滚动摩擦状态,从而大大降低磨损失效带来的材料损耗;对于相对静止连接的配合零部件,在整个寿命周期中防止相对滑动风险是产品设计的关键因素,通过表面工程技术的运用可以改善被连接零部件的接触形式,提高其静摩擦性能,从而提高产品的稳定性与可靠性。 Wear is one of the three major material failure modes; the technical ceramic materials can be applied to improve the sliding and rolling condition of the friction components, thus dramatically reduce the risk of material loss because of material failure due to wear. For mating components with relatively static connections, the risk control of relative slip over the entire product life cycle is a key factor in product design. The use of surface engineering technology can improve the contact approach of the connected components and improve their static friction performance, thus improving the stability and reliability of the product.
